Fees

Registration fee is non-refundable
Full fee must be paid before course completion
Installment deadlines must be strictly followed
Late payment may result in suspension from classes

Attendance 5. Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory 6. Leaves must be informed in advance 7. Below 50% attendance may lead to enrollment cancellation

Certificate 8. Certificate will only be issued after full fee payment 9. Minimum 75% attendance is required for certificate 10. All assignments and projects must be submitted 11. Final assessment must be cleared

Course Content & Intellectual Property 12. Recording of any session is strictly prohibited 13. Course material cannot be shared or distributed 14. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable

Code of Conduct 15. Respectful behavior towards faculty and students is mandatory 16. Ragging, harassment, or misconduct will lead to immediate termination 17. Institute resources must be used for learning purposes only

Refund Policy 18. No refund after 7 days of course commencement 19. 50% refund within first 7 days of course start 20. 100% refund only if Institute cancels the course

Placement 21. Institute provides assistance only — placement is not guaranteed 22. Placement support is subject to performance and attendance

Freelance 23. Institute will provide freelance assistance and guidance only — freelance projects and income are not guaranteed 24. Freelance support is subject to student’s skill level, performance, and completion of course

Batch & Schedule 25. Batch start date may be delayed due to operational or administrative reasons 26. During the course duration, classes may be delayed or rescheduled due to teacher leave, holidays, or unavoidable circumstances 27. In such cases, missed classes will be compensated with extra sessions or recorded material 28. The Institute will inform students in advance wherever possible

General 29. Institute can modify schedule or faculty with prior notice 30. Institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment for misconduct 31. All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Kolkata courts
